The partners, Sandra R. Myers and F. Patrick Keegan, established the Law Firm of Keegan & Myers in 1997.

Sandra R. Myers has been in practice in the area of Family Law since 1993 and is a Certified Family Law Specialist (C. F. L. S. ).

F. Patrick Keegan has been practicing Family Law since 1987 and is an expert at QDRO preparation for the division of retirement benefits. The firm was established in California as a corporation.
